The biggest difference between Lake's imported fluorine-lined diaphragm valve and other valves is that the fluorine-lined diaphragm valve uses a stuffing-box-less structure. The diaphragm of the fluorine-lined diaphragm valve can completely isolate the corrosive medium in the flow channel from all driving components. It eliminates the shortcomings of ordinary valves such as running, popping, dripping and leaking.
The flow path of the diaphragm valve is smooth and the flow resistance is small, so a larger flow rate can be obtained.
The valve body cavity of the fluorine diaphragm valve is perfluorinated. Therefore, it has excellent corrosion resistance characteristics.
The sealing element is an elastic PTFE diaphragm. It also has better sealing and minimal closing force.
The valve is composed of valve body, valve cover, valve disc, valve stem, diaphragm and other driving parts.
The opening and closing of the door is achieved by rotating the hand wheel. This valve is marked with a color display on the upper end of the valve cover that allows you to see the open or closed position of the valve to indicate the opening and closing stroke of the valve. When the handwheel is placed clockwise, the handwheel will move downward, and the valve disc will drive the diaphragm down to cut off the passage. On the contrary, the valve will open and the color will be revealed.
